JOB SUMMARY:
Improve the Quality of Life in Rural Areas
The position is located in the State Office, Housing Program Staff, Montgomery, Alabama.  The incumbent is responsible for appraising and/or reviewing appraisals for single family homes, subsidized multi-family apartment units, commercial properties, and land.
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
  • You must be a State Certified General Real Estate Appraiser.
  • Annual Confidential Financial Disclosure is required.
  • You may be required to serve a 1-year probationary period.
